| Description: | Hotel Duty Manager required for busy food and beverage hotel.
Food and beverage experience required.
This is a senior duty manager position, working alongside the operations manager, overseeing the food and beverage area of the hotel.
Duties will include regular duty management responsibilities, making sure the bar and restaurant area runs smoothly and dealing with hotel enquiries such as wedding and functions requests while you are the manager on duty.
Opportunity for promotion within hotel after time served.
